Our flight from LAX was delayed 2 hours at the airport, but our pilot managed to get us to London only 1 hour late. I guess he was speeding (its a good thing there's no speed traps at 30,000 feet).
From London to Beirut, our seats were upgraded to business class. So nice! 3 course meals, champagne, and fully reclining seats is the way to travel. I wonder if I can convince Dad to upgrade my ticket for my flight home??
We arrived in Beirut at around 4AM. By 5AM we were in front of a 24hour bakery called SeaSweet for some fresh kenafeh bizhubneh. YUM!!!
